01 / DRONE DEVELOPMENT DEVELOPMENT PROGRAM

From flight
to useful insight.

A development program for repeatable inspection, compact drone systems and the software that turns observations into an operational record.

01 /A CONCRETE FIRST JOB

The flight is the start.
The record is the value.

Teams need a consistent view of what changed, where attention is needed and which observations can be trusted.

XIO’s first target is a bounded inspection workflow: define the task, capture the evidence, organize the result and put a person in charge of the final report. Recurring site software becomes viable only if that workflow proves useful.

02 /EXPLORE A MISSION

Choose the environment.
Follow the work.

This interactive walkthrough illustrates the proposed workflow. It does not connect to a drone or display live flight data.

Project managers & owners

A clearer record of site progress.

Progress photos arrive from different people, at different times, with gaps that make comparisons difficult.

THE PROPOSED OUTPUT
A repeatable visual record, a change summary and a review queue for the project team.
WHY IT COULD MATTER
Reduce the effort of collecting and organizing recurring site documentation.
WHAT TO MEASURE
Coverage consistency · reporting time · operator interventions

01 / DEFINETask scope + operator approval

Define the inspection.

Choose the area, the evidence required and the person who approves the task.

A named operator confirms the task and operating boundary.

03 /THE REFERENCE SYSTEM

Purposeful hardware.
Connected software.

Final hardware specifications follow platform selection and testing. Explore the design targets below.

Reference platform selection

Compact. Guarded. Task-specific.

Select a reference airframe for bounded inspection environments. Evaluate payload, repairability and operational limits before committing to a final configuration.

XIO’s intended development scope includes integration, workflow software and selected in-house modifications. The final hardware configuration remains to be defined.

BrainSNN

A planned simulation and skill-evaluation path before physical deployment.

XIO Bridge

A proposed interface for task records, action limits and controller comparisons.

Operations workflow

An intended route from inspection evidence to human-reviewed business outputs.

04 /WHAT NEEDS TO BE PROVEN

Make the evidence
as clear as the ambition.

These are development gates. Performance specifications and pilot results will follow testing on the selected system.

01

Reference configuration

Select the airframe, sensors and compute boundary. Document the build and operating limits.

EVIDENCE TO PRODUCEConfiguration record + bench results
02

Supervised inspection

Complete the same task repeatedly with a clear operator override and a defined recovery behaviour.

EVIDENCE TO PRODUCETask logs + intervention record
03

Useful evidence

Have the intended operator review the images and report against agreed acceptance criteria.

EVIDENCE TO PRODUCEAccepted report + workflow feedback
04

Docking & recovery

Test return, recovery and charging on the actual configuration in the intended environment.

EVIDENCE TO PRODUCEPhysical docking + recovery test record
05

Commercial continuation

Measure deployment and support effort, operator time and willingness to pay for repeated use.

EVIDENCE TO PRODUCEPilot economics + continuation decision

Operational requirements, site access, permissions and approvals must be resolved for each pilot before physical testing.

05 /THE COMMERCIAL PATH

Start with a pilot.
Build toward repeat use.

The proposed model begins with integration and a clearly scoped inspection pilot. Recurring site software follows only where the customer sees enough value to continue.

Potential software value sits in mission records, reporting, workflow connections and validated skills. Hardware, operations and support costs need to be measured before setting a repeatable price.

Return to the investment thesis

Have a site worth starting with?

Bring one recurring inspection task, the person reviewing it and a suitable test environment.

Discuss a design partnership

BUILD WITH XIO

Bring a real site.
Let’s define the first mission.

We’re looking for design partners with a recurring inspection problem, an accessible test environment and an operator who can help define success.

This development program describes targets and research hypotheses. Proposed hardware, integrations, partners and results remain subject to validation. Financing details are indicative and subject to final structure; this page is not an offer to sell securities.
